Grow, Forage, Ferment – a talk by ‘Juice Jim’

Jim Brindley (aka Juice Jim) is a living food and foraging instructor from Waterford.

Jim got his name from doing popup juice bars at festivals all over Ireland. He has trained with some great teachers in permaculture, horticulture, herbalism and living foods and has given workshops all over Ireland and Spain. During the winter he works as a living food chef at a retreat centre in the Canaries.

For this talk Jim will cover three of his big passions: Growing, Foraging and Fermenting in Temperate and Tropical climates.

The cost is €20 and includes the talk, a living food preparation demonstration and a living food buffet.
